Engineering services

We flexibly respond to orders of intermediary products due to self machinery and through collaboration with manufacturing partners in the field of engineering (e.g. welded U profiles, small metalwork's construction).
We also manufacture parts or integrated steel construction - including the processing of materials in a continuous jetting center with the following output parameters:

Dimensions of jetted material are limited with the dimensions of continuous inlet jet's opening.

Maximum dimensions are hight = 1500 x width = 850 mm and hight = 250 x width = 1550
Max. length jetted parts is 12m.
Surface after jetting corresponds to level Sa 2.5

The final finish is done in spray-drying booth.

The spray booth consists of a spray box and drying box. the Coating of organic finish is carried with a high-pressure equipment.
Spray booth enables an implementation of the hight quality coatings in the dustless ambience under ideal controlled conditions. The drying process of paint on a steel structure is reduced, thanks to using the drying box.

We provided assemblies of steel structures in cooperation with companies that have sufficient experience in domestic and foreign operations (e.g. company OK mont - STM Ltd., Chrudim Assembly Ltd.and others).
