Quality Policy
FeroStal Inc. is a business company - mainly deals with sales of goods, which suitably complements by own services improving the company's competitiveness in the market.
The primary effort of the company is to fully meet needs and desires of our costumers with the high quality, product range and in time as quick as possible with improving services that are the result of our team and individual daily work.
The basic building blocks of our achievements are a high professional and formal level of services, unconditional respect for deadlines, ongoing collaboration and high culture of communication with customers, suppliers and within the company.
To fulfill the above-described stratgegies we obey the following principles:
- All employees are actively involved in maintaining and improving the quality system ISO 9001:2000
- Having regard to the global technological development of our branch and customer's requirements, we castigate company's procedures, processes and corporate culture by visiting customers, active participation in symposiums, seminars, congresses, fairs, due to continuously obtained feedbacks and new knowledges.
- Company's management is not only in the matters of quality, but also in other areas, an example for all employees.
- The measure of our work's quality is the satisfaction of our customers and economical use of company's resources.
- Each of us knows the meaning of his work in the company and is responsible for the quality and continuous improvement of his work and qualification through specialized courses, seminars, etc., in conjunction with the corporate strategy and support.
- We provide our customers goods and services that not only meet their requirements, but also their expectations and desires.
- The company welcomes and encourages an open and constructive discussion and an informal meeting of colleagues.
